Session Details

• Session Fee: 3000 Baht per hour (Special Introductory Price until 31 December 2026)
• Session Duration: Includes time for conversation, preparation, the tying, and aftercare (e.g. lying down to rest, head pats, or hugs, based on participant’s comfort)
• Age Requirement: Participants must be 20 years old or older

Important Information

1. No Sexual Activities
   • My sessions do not include any sexual activity.
2. Nudity
   • Nudity is not permitted. All private areas must remain covered throughout the session.
3. Touching
   • In general, the rigger prefers not to be touched. You may not touch the rigger without explicit consent given in advance.
   • As part of the tying process, the rigger will need to make physical contact with the person being tied. Consent will be asked beforehand. The person being tied has the right to specify which areas they are comfortable or uncomfortable being touched and may update these boundaries at any time during the session.
4. Substance Use
   • Please do not consume alcohol or drugs before the session.
   • If you arrive intoxicated or under the influence, the session will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
5. Communication
   • Communication is essential.
   • Please inform me of health conditions, any past injuries, medical needs, dislikes, specific fears, or emotional triggers.
   • During the session, speak up immediately if anything feels uncomfortable, physically, emotionally, or mentally.
   • All sessions are at your own risk.
6. Health Disclaimer (Conditions That Cannot Be Tied up)
   • Rope may not be safe for participants with the following conditions:
     • Epilepsy or seizure disorders
     • Severe circulation issues, such as frequent fainting or loss of consciousness
     • Active psychiatric symptoms such as hallucinations, delusions, self-harm impulses, or risk of harm to others
     • Panic disorder or severe anxiety, especially if triggered by restraint
     • Acute breathing or respiratory problems
     • Contagious illnesses, including respiratory infections, skin infections, open wounds, or any condition that may spread through close contact
     • Recent injuries, including fractures or significant muscle/nerve damage
     • Blood clotting issues, including the use of blood-thinning medication (anticoagulants) or medical conditions that cause abnormal bruising, bleeding risk, or impaired clotting
   • You must also disclose any other chronic or acute medical conditions that could affect your safety.
   • By booking, you confirm that you are medically and physically fit to participate safely.
7. Consent
   • Consent can be withdrawn at any time by either person.
   • If consent is withdrawn, the session will pause or end immediately.
   • Please note that no refund will be given.
8. Third-Party Attendance
   • Additional persons may attend or be present during the session only if previously discussed and agreed upon in advance.
   • Please inform me beforehand if you plan to have anyone else present.
9. Respectful Behavior
   • You are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
   • Any inappropriate comments, disrespectful behavior, boundary-pushing, or aggression will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.
10. Emergency Safe Word
    • We will agree on safe word before the session begins.
    • Using the safe word or signal will pause or end the session immediately. Your safety comes first.
11. Confidentiality
    • All personal information shared before or during the session is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
12. Photography / Video
    • Photography or video recording is allowed only with mutual consent and must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
13. Arrival Time
    • Please arrive on time.
    • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in fee.
14. Dress Code
    • Wear whatever makes you comfortable, even fetish or kinky outfits are fine. But full nudity is not allowed, and all private areas must remain covered throughout the session.
    • Avoid jewelry or accessories that may interfere with the session or pose a safety risk, such as hoop earrings, necklaces, bracelets, or watches, as these may catch on the rope or cause pressure against the skin.
    • If wearing a bra, please choose one without underwire.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

1. Payment: Booking is confirmed only after I receive 50% pre-payment of the session fee. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule one time free of charge. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Any further rescheduling requests will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to the standard cancellation policy.
3. Cancellation:
   • More than 24 hours in advance: 50% refund of the deposit paid (a full refund is not given in order to discourage non-serious bookings)
   • Less than 24 hours: No refund

Waiver of Liability

• By participating in the session, you acknowledge that although care is taken and reasonable precautions are used to maintain a safe environment, shibari involves inherent risks. You voluntarily choose to participate in an activity that may involve physical, emotional, and psychological challenges.
• You agree to communicate your boundaries, discomfort, or limitations continuously throughout the session, and you remain responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during the entire duration of participation.
• The rigger will take reasonable precautions to ensure safety. However, to the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, the rigger cannot be held responsible for any incidents, injuries, or damages that may arise from the inherent risks of the activity, whether before, during, or after the session.
• Safety, communication, and mutual consent are continuously prioritized throughout the session.
